Class description

Description

U.S. Government for high school is a 1/2 credit class geared toward exploring the foundations of our government, discovering what our founding fathers intended, and bringing in the Bible to support the foundations on Christianity.   Students will benefit greatly from being able to take this course in the middle of an election year.  We will not only dive into our country’s foundation but dissect each part of the election.  Who are the candidates?  What do they stand for?  What is polling and how can we use it?  From a national level,  to a state level, and finally a local level- you will finish this course with a thorough understanding of how our country functions from day-to-day.

Students will need to purchase the BJU Press Government 3rd Edition textbook and Student Activity Book.
