Class description

Description

If anxiety is a daily struggle in your own life or the life of your child you know how crippling it can truly be. In a fight against the world’s normalization of anxiety this 4 part course will teach brain basics, body awareness, spiritual truths, and give practical tools to help transform your mind. I want to help equip parents to teach their children skills to calm their bodies and minds. This class progressively builds upon it’self, so I highly encourage participants to attend all 4 sessions.

Important to note, this is a purely educational course teaching and equipping parents to help their children manage their anxiety, it is not counseling and no diagnosis will be given. Nor will anyone  be required to share personal information in a class setting.

Minimum of 4 participants needed for class.
