ASL 1 — Starting Out

You will learn the vocabulary and proper  hand shape, movement, placement and orientation of signs, to give you a sturdy foundation for communicating successfully.  We will learn the history of ASL and Deaf culture worldwide.  To support learning, Students are required to practice at least one hour during the week outside of class time.
